Here at Riverside Shopping Centre we are pleased that our security team hold a Silver Customer Services Award which is for supporting customers with additional needs. They also have a Gold award for enhancing customer experience whlist at the centre.

We also have dedicated disabled parking space within the car park with lift access as well as a number of stores supporting this too.
