Car Park

Riverside Shopping Centre has 350 car parking spaces, the car park is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Sat Nav: HP2 4FW.

The height restriction is 2.2 meters, if you are unsure if your vehicle will fit please call ahead and we can assist you. The car park is camera controlled using Automatic Number Plate Recognition. Customers are required to enter their vehicle registration number at the cashless kiosks before returning to their vehicle.

Kiosks are located on both the ground and 3rd floor lift lobbies.

Disabled Parking
Disabled parking is available on all levels of the Riverside car park and located at the nearest entrance to the shopping centre We have a total of 14 Disabled bays.

Parent and Child Bays
Parent and Child bays are located on Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 of the car park..

Blue Badge Parking

We have blue badge spaces located on level 2a,3a and 4a of riverside car park for disabled but we don’t offer concessions for blue badge holders at Riverside car park

Help Points
Each level of the car park has help points which allow you direct contact with our security teams should you have any issues in the car park.

Cashless Payments

The car park machines still accept chip and pin payments for those without contactless cards or devices. Over recent months, cashless payments have become increasingly common and the new process will help those customers wishing to minimise contact.
