At Riverside Shopping Centre, we have a range of services to improve your shopping experience:

Accessibility

Riverside is an open air shopping centre with all our retailers situated on the ground floor with wheelchair access. Access to the centre from street level is via Marlowes, Moor End Road and the bus stop at the rear of the unit previously Debenhams. Disabled parking is available within the Riverside car park with a number of disabled bays located on levels 2a, 3a and 4a. All levels of the car park have lift access which connect to the disabled toilets and management suite on the 1st floor, a link bridge to TK Maxx and Premier Inn on the 3rd floor and ground floor access to the retailers. A number of retailers trade from ground and first floor with access to the upper floors provided by lifts. These include Next, H&M and TK Maxx.

Bike Storage

If you plan on cycling to the centre we have bike racks located by the Starbucks.

Sunday Facilities

The centre is open 10am-5pm although individual store opening hours may be differ to the above, please use the store directory for more information, click here.

Amazon Lockers

We are happy to have a unit of Amazon Lockers at Riverside called Osrick, you can order items from Amazon and pick them up from this locker, at a time that is convenient for you. Located on the 3rd floor by the high bridge - more information add instructions on how to use them, can be found here.

Wi-Fi 

You can stay connect whilst you shop here at Riverside Shopping Centre with our free Wi-Fi service. Simple select Riverside Wi-Fi on your device and enjoy free access to the internet.

ATM

Cash point is located in the car park stairwell ground floor by the cashless parking machines.  

Facilities

Toilets are located in the centre on level 2 which also include disabled toilets and baby changing facilities.

Photobooth

Our Photo-Me® booth located in the ground floor foyer, adjacent to the cashless car parking machines. Your photo will be printed in just a few seconds, along with a code that you can enter in your online passport application to attach your digital photo directly to your application.

Dogs

Riverside Shopping Centre is an outdoor shopping centre so dogs are allowed on the premises. However the Individual stores themselves are likely to have their own restrictions regarding whether they allow dogs, you can find the store contact information here.

Kids Rides

 We are delighted to advise we have a number of children's rides in our shopping centre:

> Ground Floor Lift Lobby - we have a speed race car Second Floor Lift

> Lobby - we have Thomas the Tank Engine Third Floor Lift Lobby

> We also have a young tots Polly and Peter styled ride, adjacent to our Amazon collection point.

During school holidays and for festival and event days, we provide children's rides and bungees in the main outdoor centre space which are even more popular than our rides.
