Colourful Minds Online Creative Therapy Course 🎨

Dacorum Borough Council are hosting online creative therapy courses for adults (18+) living in Dacorum with mild to moderate mental health conditions.

The Colourful Minds is a free online 12 week ​with the next course starting Friday 9th April on Zoom. Taking part in a creative activity has a positive effect on mental wellbeing and Colourful Minds offers a safe and supportive environment to explore this. No experience in needed and materials are provided.

Please note application is via referral from a GP, a health professional or support worker.
